Tadg Riordan Ashbourne - (01) 8350084

and what we are doing in our business.
We would like to provide an update on the Covid-19 outbreak and what we are doing in our business. In light of the new 'Restrictive Measures' announced by an Taoiseach Leo Varadkar friday the 27th March, we have ceased all services at our dealership for 2 weeks. Our switchboard remains open at the normal hours and all sales staff are working from home, but you can still call us on 01 8350084, or use our e-mail to talk to a member of out team.

Showroom – Sales and Service

In these unprecedented times, the health and safety of our customers and staff are paramount above everything else. We at Tadg Riordan Motors have been closely adhering to the guidance and advice of the Government and the HSE and while we’re continuing to remain open online, we are doing so with limitations, in order to ensure that we comply with guidelines on social distancing.

Much as a polite handshake is part of our business, we have instructed our people to avoid physical contact. No offense.

We have introduced tougher and more frequent cleaning procedures, with surfaces being disinfected regularly. We have eliminated unnecessary paperwork and signatures.

We are well stocked up with anti-bacterial gel / hand sanitiser for staff and customers.

We have introduced extra cleaning processes for car interiors and door handles with an anti-bacterial wipe / solution after service. This also applies to new and used car preparation.

Showroom – Sales and Service

Following the decision (March 24th) by the Government to close all non-essential businesses, our
sales showrooms are closed for all face to face visits effective immediately. However we encourage
our customers to carry out all sales conversation over the phone by calling 01 8350084 or by e-mail at We really look forward to the return to normal business, but for now
we keep a safe distance.

We recognise the importance of helping people stay mobile in these times of uncertainty and want to assure customers that while our servicing facility is closed for routine servicing, we are able to assist with urgent cases at this time.

So, if you have an immediate issue with your car, please call us and we will do our best to help you.

If your car is due a service, we ask if we can defer this for a few weeks until normality resumes.  Don’t worry, this won’t cause you any issues and we will be happy to accommodate you in the future – even if it’s a few weeks late.
